Our plumber (Chris) was on time, amiable, and expert at his trade – he went above and beyond to ensure the job was done right and even gave my wife and I tips on how to avoid the issue going forward (which isn’t typical amongst most service contractors), this to me demonstrated that he sincerely cares about his clients.
